The Heron D130 is versatile, functioning as both a handheld and presentation-style scanner. Each unit comes with an auto-sensing stand: when removed from the stand, the reader automatically switches to handheld mode; when placed back in the stand, it beeps and switches to Stand Mode for hands-free scanning, making it intuitive and efficient for operators.

Developed specifically for POS applications, the Heron series offers multiple interface options:
